Payment Processing
All payments are processed via PayPal or Stripe. PayPal charges will usually appear on your credit card as “S Sherrard” or “Stephen Sherrard”. Charges from Stripe will usually appear as “SS Photos” or “SS Photography”. My registered company name is DBAR Productions, LLC, which also may appear in emails from my site, PayPal, or Stripe. Emails from PayPal may also show my main PayPal email address of: stephen@music-tech.com
Damaged or Defective Prints
Prints are shipped directly to you from the print lab that I use. If you receive a print that is damaged, or the print is defective, please contact me by replying to your original order email, so that I have the order details, and include a photo of the print your received that shows the damage or bad printing. I will use the info and your images to request a replacement from the print lab at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Sorry, but due to the costs involved with printing and shipping from the print lab, I do not offer refunds. However, if your print is damaged or defective, I will get the lab to create and ship a replacement directly to you, as described in the section above.
Delivery Time
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your prints. It normally takes 1 to 2 business days for the lab to print the photo, from the time I send the order to them, plus an additional 2 to 7 days for delivery. If you have not received your print in 2 weeks from the time of your order, please contact me and I will check on the status with the print lab.
Copyright
I retain the copyright to all images sold on this site. You are not allowed to create additional copies on your own, or to sell copies of any of the prints you have ordered, without express written permission from Stephen Sherrard and DBAR Productions, LLC.
Digital Image Files
Please read the Digital Image File License if you wish to purchase and use a digital image file of any of my photos.
